Welcome to Sovfhub, the official digital institution of the Sovfren Private Society.

Sovfhub is a private platform where Men and Women can learn, collaborate, communicate, build communities, develop businesses, exchange knowledge and contribute to the advancement of the Society.

These Platform Rules support the Charter of the Sovfren Society, the Charter of Sovfhub and the Society's governing instruments.

Every user is expected to contribute in a manner consistent with our Founding Principles of Peace, Love, Honour and Good Conscience.

These rules apply throughout Sovfhub, including:

• Communities

• Pages

• Marketplace

• Articles

• Media

• Profiles

• Businesses

• All other platform features

1. Peace

Sovfhub is founded upon peaceful fellowship.

Every user is expected to communicate respectfully and seek peaceful resolution wherever possible.

The following behaviour is not permitted:

• Threats

• Harassment

• Intimidation

• Persistent abusive behaviour

• Deliberately provoking hostility

• Encouraging violence against others

Treat every Man and Woman with the same respect you would wish to receive.

2. Love

Love within the Society means treating every Man and Woman with dignity, kindness and goodwill.

We welcome humour, friendly conversation, respectful debate and different viewpoints. Diversity of thought is a natural part of human fellowship.

Disagreement is perfectly acceptable.

Disrespect is not.

The following are not acceptable:

• Bullying

• Personal attacks

• Harassment

• Intimidation

• Deliberately humiliating another user

• Persistent abusive behaviour

Challenge ideas respectfully.

Never attack the dignity, character or humanity of another Man or Woman.

3. Honour

Honour is the foundation of trust.

Users are expected to:

• Be truthful

• Keep their word

• Respect confidentiality

• Respect intellectual property

• Honour agreements

• Take responsibility for what they publish

Knowingly misleading other users, deliberate deception or dishonest conduct may result in restriction or removal from the platform.

4. Good Conscience

Good Conscience encourages us to think before we speak.

Before posting, ask yourself:

• Is it truthful?

• Is it respectful?

• Is it constructive?

• Am I challenging an idea rather than attacking a person?

• Would I say this respectfully if we were speaking face to face?

The Society encourages thoughtful discussion rather than hostility.

5. Content Standards

Sovfhub encourages conversation, learning, humour, creativity and respectful discussion.

People will not always agree, and that is both natural and healthy.

Friendly jokes and light-hearted humour are welcomed.

However, humour must never become an excuse for:

• Bullying

• Harassment

• Personal attacks

• Hate directed towards individuals or groups

• Discrimination

• Persistent abuse

• Deliberately humiliating others

The following content is prohibited:

• Content encouraging violence

• Terrorist or extremist material

• Child exploitation

• Non-consensual intimate imagery

• Fraud or scams

• Malware or phishing

• Illegal activities

• Pornographic material

• Content promoting self-harm or encouraging harm to others

The Society may also remove content that is clearly intended to create unnecessary hostility, fear or division within the community.

6. Private Messages

Private messages remain subject to these Platform Rules.

Harassment, coercion, threats, scams or persistent unwanted contact are prohibited.

Private conversations should reflect the same standards of Peace, Love, Honour and Good Conscience expected throughout the platform.

7. Communities and Pages

Companions may establish communities, societies, educational initiatives, projects and brands within Sovfhub.

Community founders are responsible for maintaining environments consistent with:

• Peace

• Love

• Honour

• Good Conscience

Community leaders should moderate responsibly and encourage respectful discussion.

Communities are places to build, learn and collaborate—not to divide or attack others.

8. Media

Media shared through Sovfhub should contribute positively to the community.

Educational, inspirational and entertaining content is welcomed.

Content that is excessively violent, pornographic, abusive or intended primarily to shock, frighten or traumatise others is not permitted.

9. Commerce

Commerce is an important part of the Society.

Members offering goods or services should:

• Describe products honestly

• Honour agreements

• Charge fairly

• Deliver what is promised

• Respond professionally

• Resolve disputes respectfully

Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading commercial activity is prohibited.

Commerce conducted through Sovfhub should be undertaken honestly, transparently and in good faith.

10. Society Opportunities

The Society may advertise opportunities within Sovfhub for Companions to contribute to its constitutional and operational activities.

These opportunities may include:

• Constitutional Offices

• Stewardship roles

• Educational initiatives

• Research

• Community leadership

• Commercial projects

• Employment opportunities

• Contract work

• Volunteer service

Where reasonably practicable, the Society encourages the knowledge, talents and skills of its own Companions before seeking assistance from outside the Society.

Advertising an opportunity does not guarantee appointment, engagement or remuneration.

11. Privacy and Respect

Respect the privacy of others.

Do not publish another user's personal information without their consent.

Do not impersonate another individual, organisation or community.

Respect confidential communications and intellectual property.

12. Platform Administration

To preserve the safety, integrity and peaceful culture of the Society, the Platform Administrators may take appropriate action where these Platform Rules are not followed.

Depending upon the circumstances, this may include:

• Providing guidance or a warning

• Removing content

• Restricting platform features

• Suspending an account

• Removing access to Sovfhub

Any action taken should be proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the conduct.

13. Amendments

These Platform Rules may be updated from time to time to support the continued development of the Society and its digital institutions.

The latest version will always be published through Sovfhub.

Our Shared Purpose

Sovfhub exists to encourage Men and Women to learn, create, collaborate and flourish together in a community founded upon Peace, Love, Honour and Good Conscience.

Every conversation, every community, every business, every project and every act of service helps shape the culture of the Society and the inheritance we leave to future generations.

Never attack people.

Together we can build a community where knowledge is shared, friendships are formed, businesses flourish and differences are discussed with respect, dignity and Good Conscience.
